Technology Night
Tuesday evening was Technology Night. It was wonderful to see so many families during this busy time of year. The students did a wonderful job presenting their learning and teaching others about Kibo. If you were unable to watch the Book Buzz videos that our class created, they can be found on the EMES Library website.A huge thanks to Ms. Arlyn, Mrs. Badger and the 5/6 Technology club for organizing this fun filled event.
Fairy Tale Festival
We had a great time at our Fairy Tale Festival on Thursday. The class was very proud of the work they presented and thrilled with the snacks the families provided. Thank you for helping to support some creative costumes. It is always a pleasure to see the creative side of the students begin to blossom when they are given a chance to perform. I emailed families with a link to the play their child was in. If you did not receive the link, please let me know and I will do my best to figure it out.

Field Day
What started out as a gray and rainy day turned into a wonderful day for field day. The cool beginning helped everyone to have the stamina for a morning full of activities and fun.
Montshire Museum Field Trip
On Tuesday we will be travelling by bus to the Montshire Museum. We will be spending time in the museum and outside at the water exhibit. Students should bring (or wear) a bathing suit, towel, water bottle, lunch and dry clothes to change into for the ride home. It is often helpful to bring a plastic bag for the wet suit.
