It has begun to get colder and many children are coming in from recess complaining about being cold and/or wet. Please help your child to be prepared for the more winter-like weather we are experiencing. Many families choose to leave a collection of winter gear in their child's cubby. Each child should have a warm coat, boots or outdoor shoes, a hat and mittens (or gloves). They will be needing snowpants very soon, especially on ECO days. If you are cleaning out closets and notice you have a surplus of gear or gear that no longer fits your child, please consider donating it to our classroom collection. Items that are donated will shared among all of the kindergarten and first grade classrooms.
